Chorizo Ciabatta Butty

Method

Butterfly the chorizo lengthways and fry, skin-side up for approximately 5 mins – no additional oil required as the fats in the chorizo will melt to fill the pan.

Cut a piece of Ciabatta through the middle to make your sandwich top and bottom and butter if required.

Place a handful of rocket on the bread, followed by 2 pieces of Pimento pepper. Place the chorizo pieces on top and make your sandwich.
Enjoy and try not to let the juicy paprika drip onto your shirt!

• Bath Pig Semi-Cured (cooking) Chorizo (Approx 75g)
• A couple of marinated Pimento Peppers
• A handful of Rocket
• Ciabatta Bread
