Chorizo, Scallops & Langoustine Spaghetti
This tasty recipe uses our spicy cooking chorizo and is perfect for lunch or an al fresco dinner for two.
- 1 Bath Pig Spicy Cooking Chorizo
- 10 scallops
- 4 langoustine
- Fresh spaghetti
- Pine nuts
- Olive oil
- A glass of white wine
- Fresh basil
Start by slicing up the cooking chorizo and frying off in a hot pan. When the chorizo is starting to cook and the fat has appeared, add the scallops and the pine nuts. Let them cook through in the chorizo fat, after about 3 minutes add the glass of wine.
The pan will start to bubble away the flavour will fill the room. Throw in the spaghetti and the langoustine and let the wine start to evaporate. Let the ingredients cook for approx 5 more minutes and empty in two pasta bowls. Tear up some basil leaves and serve. Delicious!
