Seafood and Chorizo Pizza

Add a touch of Spain to your next homemade pizza. This recipe is also great to try with different cheeses, such as Manchego.

Serves 4


  • 1/2 Bath Pig Chorizo (or the whole thing if so desired!)
  • 1 x best quality pre-made pizza base (better to make your own of course)
  • 120g mozzarella
  • tomato paste
  • 120g seafood mix
  • 4-5 small shrimps
  • garlic
  • oil
  • cracked pepper
  • a handful of chopped fresh parsley


Spread the tomato paste onto the bottom of the pizza base and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella. Then arrange the seafood mix on top, some garlic oil and cracked pepper. Make sure that you don’t overfill your pizza with ingredients as seafood gives off a lot of water. Place your pizza into the oven and cook for around 5mins. Once the pizza is cooked, add the chopped parsley.

* Purchase a good seafood mix, from your local fishmonger.
