Vodka Flamed Chorizo
Great as a cheeky snack or as a dinner party appetiser with a twist. This recipe is definitely one for adults only!
- 12 slices chorizo sausage
- 1 red capsicum (pepper), roasted and skinned, cut into 8 strips (or use peppers
from a jar)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Slice the chorizo into large chunks and put in a flameproof dish. Pour 3 tbsp vodka and ignite. When flames have died down, serve with cocktail sticks for spearing.
